Amazon has locked me out of my account and refuses to help me
Your account has been banned by the fraud department.
For either using a wrong card, flagged card, or a fraudulent card. It could also be a compromised account, or could be linked to a fraudulent account.
You gave to send the statement of the card to get your access back.
I used to work in that very department. Just send the right details, and your account will be activated again.

Lol same thing happened to me. Big difference is that I returned a macbook worth 3600$ and they banned my prior to refunding me. There "Amazon bullsit Specialist" will send you copy pasted texts . On the bright side, I won my charge back with the bank since I provided all the evidence they needed! I will never order on Amazon ever again ( I had 300 orders in the last 1.5 years) Goodluck!
