I am confused between Zohomail and Neomail. But I do not have an existing domain hence Zohomail not suitable. What should I do? Should I go for Neo Mail? I'm starting out my first business venture in ecommerce and trying to choose a business email provider. I already have a domain. Does anyone have any experience with Neo, Canary, Titan, or Zoho?

We use Outlook at my work and also have a personal Outlook account. I'm debating if I should stick with Outlook for my business or try out a different provider in the spectrum on the budget-friendly side.

I don’t own a domain, and honestly, I don’t feel like I need one either as I am not planning to get a site. But as a solopreneur, I do think it’s important to have a business email because it just looks professional when talking to vendors or partners.

I’ve been using Neo (neo.space) because they offer a free domain with a professional email, but technically it’s still a subdomain with a company.co.site kind of extension.

Is this the best option for setting up a business email without buying a domain? Or are there other alternatives out there?

I am not at all technical person and I am struglling to find an option which will allow me to create a branded email. Please not I do not have a website. I tried multiple options but I am not able to setup something called as DNS.

I want to create a business email with my domain name instead "@gmail.com" for my business. My domain name is currently hosted by namecheap.com. Should I host my business email with namecheap? I am reading very mixed reviews. If not namecheap would google hosting be ideal? as I mentioned I need my business email with my domain name only. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Looking for email providers for business use.

There's a saturated market whenever I do research.

We need something that supports multiple users and multiple domains, affordable and guaranteed delivery.

We've explored a few options (like Proton or FastMail etc) but found that they're all so expensive or don't quite provide what we require.

In short, we are a marketing and web design company and need to set up emails for our clients, and our current system does not guarantee the delivery of emails, which means we always fall back on using Gmail (@gmail.com looks unprofessional as a business).
