Hocus Pocus and the sequel are on Disney plus and they’re a great time. ParaNorman is one of our favorites. Ernest Scared Stupid is a fun watch and we always have an Over the Garden Wall marathon. My family tends to play fast and loose with Halloween season movies and usually include anything remotely spooky or spooky-adjacent. Other go-to films this time of year are Hotel Transylvania, Book of Life, the Witches, Beetlejuice, Frankenweenie, Ghostbusters, Little Monsters, The Corpse Bride, the Haunted Mansion, Coco, E.T., the Addams Family, and Monster House. That’s all that immediately come to mind I guess. IMDb has a great parents guide for each movie that lists any potentially inappropriate scenes if you find that useful. Happy Halloween!
