Why isn't my NHL Shop promo code working?
So I ordered a few items for my redditgifts exchange. These items showed in stock and “ships within one business day”. This was on 10-15.
A few days pass. No update. I contact CS through chat. They said it was delayed and should be shipped soon. Ok I’ll be patient.
Contacted them again a week and a day after my order was placed. It still showed “New” in the order status. No explanation why it was delayed still but I got the shipping fee refunded because the current offer was free shipping on orders over a certain amount.
Third time I contacted them, on 10-24, the CSA said it shows it should have been shipped on 10-16. She was helpful and escalated the issue and said I should be contacted regarding the matter.
Today (10-26) ten days later I contacted them to cancel. The CSA said I couldn’t because it was too far along in the shipping process. I asked what part in the process was it that it could not be cancelled? Had it shipped? She said it shows shipped on the 16th. I again asked for tracking info and they could not provide it. Give it a few days to update. I asked if ten days was enough time to update? Still no definitive answer.
What bullshit. I just filed a dispute since they didn’t ship the items as they said and couldn’t give me a consistent answer on the status of my order. Thankfully I have an awesome giftee and I already shipped him something personally but still I wanted him to get these other items! I just ended up ordering them elsewhere and if he gets two packages he gets two but NHL shop can suck my left one.
I wanna buy an Adidas jersey before the Fanatics crap takes over and I noticed that the NHL shop has 25% off currently site wide but I’m not really in a position to drop $200 on a jersey so curious if I should jump on this now or if I can wait for the next sale

Just ordered myself my third hockey jersey, a Fanatics branded Montreal Canadiens Jesperi Kotkaniemi home jersey. My other jerseys are a Reebok home Carey Price jersey autographed by the whole 2015-2016 team (except Petry) and the Canadiens’ barber pole jersey (Reebok).
It is the first time I am ordering from the NHL Shop, and I was wondering how fast can I expect to receive my jersey? They say it should be expedited on or before Friday, April 5th, but has anyone ever bought from NHL Shop Canada and could tell me approximately how much time it took to receive it?
