July 21, 2025 - I emailed the restaurant before we traveled to Denver. They list some gf on the menu, but I wanted to see what else was there. I was emailed back by the head regional chef for multiple locations. He told me everything that was safe. He also said the staff was very knowledgeable and would help me as well.
