I've been trying to cast Vibranium and Allthemodium ore into swords recentl using the tinkerer's construct smeltery recently, but lava isn't cutting the temperature requirement. Any fuels or hotter liquids that I can use to melt this? Thanks!

Soul lava is one liquid that works. Can find it in the Other. Check the recipe in JEI and select the tab at the top which shows the smelter recipe. It will tlel you what temp is needed / what liquid is hot enough.

You could make/fill more seared windows, or add more tanks, and that'll raise the temp.

I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if its a bug, but when I place glowstone into the smeltery to smelt it into energized glowstone, it starts to smelt but then it gets stuck. it keeps draining lava, but the progress bar stops moving and it never completes.
I've noticed this also happening with other items with high melting points in the recipe as well, such as when i try to smelt colored redstone into destabilized redstone, and coal dust into liquifacted coal.
I've tried expanding my smeltery and putting in more lava, but to no avail.
Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?

Lava only produces heat to a certain temperature. For the higher temp items i.e. destabilized Redstone, energized glowstone etc. you need to use blazing pyrothium as your smeltry fuel source.

Try using blazing pyrotheum in the tank instead of lava. Apparently that allows those higher temperature items to smelt.

So I'm on 1.10 and my Smeltery is telling me that Lava is 1000 degrees, but to melt Iridium Ore from IC2 I have to have a temperature or 2602 degrees.
Is it possible to get the smeltery temperature up to this and if so how?

Not unless IC2 adds its own fuel to melt the ore. Tinkers Construct only provides lava by default which has a temperature of 1000. If another mod adds a recipe that requires a hotter temperature, it is entirely on them to add a fuel that allows the smeltery to reach that heat.

The lava will actually melt it, it justs takes a while. I'm smelting it in my All The Mods world.

To melt blocks that require more heat than lava molten blaze can be used. Molten blaze can be acquired by having blazes be killed within the forge and it burns at 1500 degrees. The easiest way to acquire molten blaze is to create a forge surrounding a spawner in the nether.

I think you have to put a blaze head in the thing you use to make blocks and then poor lava on it to make blazing lava

Blaze heads, which come from Blaze in the nether. They have to be killed with a cleaver to have a % drop for a Blaz Head. Then you put the blaze head in the basin and dump regular lava over it
