I don’t know who needs to hear this but Nuna’s customer service is garbage. For the amount of money I paid for my stroller and car seat, I was expecting good customer service. My triv next stopped collapsing 2 months after I started using it. This was supposed to be under warranty. I wrote to support and it’s been 6 MONTHS of emailing and them telling me that it’s still being restocked. Completely unhelpful.
Finally, they tell me they will replace it 6 months later but only if we send the stroller back first. This leaves us without absolutely no stroller. How is that a policy that is friendly to parents?! Especially when it is their product that broke. Absolutely floored.

This is exactly why I went with Uppababy. I actually prefer the look of most of Nuna’s products, but Uppababy has a sterling reputation for customer service and Nuna very much does not.

I wrote to them about a bent wheel on my Triv Next. They asked for photo evidence, and I haven't heard from them since. That was three weeks ago. For the insane amount we pay for their products, I'd hope for more.
