Don't do a vinyl match. The leather vs the vinyl don't age similarly. Especially if you have them in the sun, within a couple years they'll be different colours. Palliser has the Dillon fabrics that do have a look and feel of leather but are a high performance vinyl that has an incredible rub count. However, nothing matches leather as it'll always age better than a man-made fabric - regardless of what some sales person will tell you. I cannot say definitively that the Dillon fabric will peel similar to bonded leather, but I highly suspect it will start to peel once pierced.
