If you’re thinking of returning it, just go ahead and do it. Other people’s experience don’t really matter if you’re not happy with it. That being said - I think It’s close to great, but the issues make it far less than it could be. For example, the padded portion of the strap needs to be a few inches longer to be truly comfortable, and it needs some organization in the main pocket so small items don’t get lost. It has the length to have a water bottle pocket too. I used mine for years because it isn’t bad, and it’s one of the few low profile slings that can carry both an iPad Pro 11” and a small camera, but I haven’t used it in over a year because of those limitations. I’m hoping for an update that fixes these issues, because it’s close to being a great bag. More on reddit.com
