Depends on your app. If you have a mobile friendly UI/UX and something from native APIs, it's a pretty high chance. Sometimes they can decline review but you can do it again day after and pass (had such cases in the community). More on reddit.com

What is the current take on publishing PWAs to app stores? As I understand it, doing it on Google Play is relatively straight forward, but on Apple App Store / iOS things seem different. I know PWA builder claim to have a solution for it but it is also listed as experimental.
I am mainly refering to if things have changed after the no PWA in EU scare.

Technically you can’t publish a pwa to the Apple Store. You can however publish a wrapped pwa using something like pwa builder and get it approved in the App Store by using a web view
