In my opinion, the refurbished Series 9 watches are incredible value at the moment. You get almost every feature of the Series 10 - fast charging, a functionally identical S9 SiP, new watch faces etc. - for considerably less cash, and in a better design with ridiculously thin display bezels. And, as was my case, it allowed me to realise the dream of owning a stainless steel watch with a sapphire crystal display. This particular one is a 45 mm case in graphite stainless steel. It is very reflective, very stunning and makes the watch feel a lot more like a piece of jewellery than a mere smartwatch. Coming from an older watch, the always-on display is so cool, the larger button sizes and apps look and feel great, Double Tap is awesome, and watchOS 11 feels refined (the animations, in particular, are very smooth). My last watch - an aluminium Series 4 - lasted me almost 6 years, and only became more useful over time. I expect I’ll be enjoying this one even more.
