We spent days and hours on the phone to get this escalated just to receive a call that there is nothing they can do.. they admitted they were wrong and listened to the recorded call and said the best they could do was offer a 100 dollar sam’s club giftcard - what an insult. We were refunded our money, had to book with a diff hotel as the one we booked with was sold out and spend over 1k extra bc all hotels were almost sold out. They DO NOT take care of their customers and make false promises just to meet their quota !! RUN.. DO NOT TRUST this company.. use expedia.. apple vacations… costco travel or just book straight from the website of hotel - they often have sales that are cheaper anyway.

Perhaps the most egregious issue was the lack of a map option when searching for hotels. You may need to look up hotels in your location through Google Maps (or a similar site) and then look those hotels up in Sam's Club Travel for deals.

So last year, I went on a staycation with my kids through Priceline. We had a decent time but the hotel was YUCK!!! I wrote Priceline a scathing letter but never received a satisfactory response.

I have used Costco Travel and they have really good package deals sometimes which also include your ground transfer in addition to hotel and air. They sometimes include extra perks such as resort credit or Costco Cash as well. ... Sams Club Travel website says suspended.
