Best Deal on Samsung Note 20 (Ultra or Regular) - 10% Cash Back + 10 dollars + 5% Discount
I don't believe Samsung allows the use of referral codes anymore. Someone correct me if I'm wrong?
I believe the best deal you can currently get from Samsung Direct is using an EDU/EPP account for 7.5% off, and purchasing through Rakuten link for 10% CB.
Also, to maximize CB from Rakuten, instead of using someone else's referral link, like the one posted in OP, you should make your own account, and refer yourself at a different email. This way you get $10 Referral Bonus on one account, and an additional $10 Referral Bonus on your second account. Better than giving someone else the $10 Referral Bonus.
Works out to:
$1,299.99 - 7.5% = $1,202.49 - 10% CB = $1,082.24 - $20 CB ($10 on each account) = $1,062.24
Best deal I currently see if you're planning to get the phone direct from Samsung. Add-on the $150 Credit (or $200 Reserve Credit) as well, although I'd only value those at $75 and $100 respectively (Samsung Accessories are overpriced af on their site).

AT&T has $1000 off with trade in for new and existing customers. I bought an iPhone 7 for $50 from a friend and am trading it in simply for that promo. I don’t use AT&T for my main phone but couldnt pass up that deal.

Just be aware if you are not a student or educator I have seen Samsung cancel some people's orders for not being able to verify.
