It depends on if another word follows and what the first letter of that word is. It could be pronounced like: See (followed by a consonant) Seese (on its own) Or seeze (followed by a vowel)

It's already answered but if you want more, you are looking for the rules on Liaisons https://www.lawlessfrench.com/pronunciation/liaisons/ Also, for some measurements, they don't pronounce the X. In Aracadian French (Eastern/Maritimes Canada??) they do pronounce the X. I feel like in Quebec it's totally mixed no hard and fast rule
