Has anybody had luck reaching out to Steam customer service via Twitter/X or something similar? I've been trying so hard to leave in depth details in the notes section, but it seems as if it isn't read at all. No email to contact them, no number. The help I need is minimal but I suppose more complex than the automated online system can handle. Anybody have luck contacting Steam from something other than the steam help area?
Guys... I'm buying steam deck 2 the moment it drops, just to help the company grow.. I just love Steam customer support... If you're one of the customer service members reading this... I love you guys!!!
I recently noticed that Steam sets the maximum amount a game can charge for a subscription. Meaning, when you get a subscription, they can't raise the price without you giving Steam the okay. It's business practices like that that tell me they're a company worth supporting. I can't buy stock, so how can I support Steam's business practices?
Guys I've screwed up! I accidently spilled water on my desk and steam deck, though i thought it didn't get too wet. I left it for 24 hours to dry, it turns on fine, but wont charge, it just flicker connecting and disconnecting rapidly. Am I screwed? Any ideas on how I can fix this without replacing USB C connection?
(reupload as I've been having issues)
Mods, please do not delete this post - I am not asking for support in this forum; I am asking about the mechanics of asking Steam for support.
How can I contact Steam Support if I am locked out of my account (because I am not receiving Steam Guard emails)?
Following the links on the Steam help forums just goes round in circles, eventually saying to submit a support ticket, which you can't do if you can't login.
Can anyone give me a clue where I should direct my queries?

Update: I did finally manage to get in contact with Steam Support and they enabled access to my account (although we didn't managed to determine the exact cause of the problem; the emails were being blocked somewhere between the Steam servers and my ISP). I won't say exactly how I managed to get in contact with them, since it wasn't via a strict support channel, however I will just say that they were very helpful (I just wish they could improve the access to support on their website however).
With no issue whatsoever. Im suprised yet not suprised i was able to gain access to my account in less than 3 hours. After accidentally deleting my users folder on my pc, i lost access to my steam account. Coincidentally, my phone also broke prior to this. I had Steam Authenticator. Steam THANKFULLY gave my account back in less than 4 hours with no issue. Just came here to spread my gratitude
Someone changed my email and password from my account and I don't know how to contact steam support. The website doesn't offer much help, it only gives me the option to change the password, which, without the mail is pretty useless, I tried sending a mail to [email protected] but people say it doesn't work? I don't have the account linked to my phone either. Does the email adress work or is there another way?
