I’ve been trying to contact Tmobile about my payment and they are allegedly not 24/7 anymore “because of Covid” they had someone to answer chats and calls every day of the pandemic when the world was locked down yet they can’t figure out how to now!? This is so ridiculous they are becoming Verizon more every day 😡 if they want to close at night how about give us some warning!? Or just be honest on their website because I find it virtually impossible both of the call centers in the Philippines and all us call centers couldn’t figure out how to work around this when they proved they can for 2 years.

You’re wildly misinformed, and spreading false info. There are over 17 US call centers, with your team of experts. No we don’t work 24/7, we work roughly 5am-9pm in your time zone. It’s for quality of life for people, because why should you or another person need to talk about a payment to a cellphone company at 3am about a payment? You’re paying for a service, but do you really think you’re paying T-Mobile that much to employ other Americans at fair wages so that you have the conviene of calling at 3am? No. That’s what’s wrong with the world today. Why would that work for anyone? T-Mobile isn’t a hospital. What’s your payment issue by the way? Are you someone who’s always calling in asking for PA and for “more time”? I’m amazed at the people who call daily, and can’t accept the answer of “no”, you haven’t paid your phone bill in a year due to COVID and we can’t help anymore. I would love to help you, but you’ll have to be honest with the situation.
