Tempur-pedic ergo split king base problem. On one side the remote suddenly stopped working ONLY for the raising/lowering. It still works for vibration. Not sure what to do. Any help is appreciated. Also the bed is stuck in the elevated position.

Have you contact the warranty number? I saw on the manual if there is a power issue, there is another backup power box under the bed you can use to manual make it goes down, but I’m not sure exact how to make it work.
