Prime Gaming is an advertising vehicle. If there aren't drops/items for a specific game right now it's because that game isn't spending ad dollars with Amazon right now to promote their game.

Press the subscribe button and check off that you are using the prime sub then just press subscribe with prime. (This is for the browser version of twitch, cant use the prime sub on the app)

I was just able to subscribe using my twitch prime sub by going to subs.twitch.tv then searching the account I wanted to sub to and then I could find the check box to use the prime sub. Not sure if there’s an easier way or if they’ve purposefully made it more difficult to use. I’ve never had this much trouble before and you can’t use your prime sub on the app, at least from what I’ve seen.
