This is not true. They do not have any certified products. They have marketing. You are being bamboozled. Proceed with caution.
Despite it is GaN, it's not listed on https://ganfast.com/products/ of course there are other sources of GaN ICs however for a company more known for its exceptional marketing efforts than its engineering efforts until it either appears on the GanFast page or someone produces a teardown review I would strongly advise not to buy this.
And no, an Amazon "review" is not a real review. As I mentioned before, neither the "I plugged in and it worked for me" nor "I plugged it in dozens of times and still nothing is on fire" is not, in fact, a helpful review.
