How late does UPS deliver to businesses?
What are UPS delivery times by service?
How late does UPS deliver to residential addresses?
UPS is a logistics company and yet not once have they delivered a package of mine on time. Why is Amazon able to pinpoint the time and even show the truck on gps so you can plan to receive it but UPS can't? Even small local couriers can send texts "your driver is 30 mins away". It's annoying in the era of porch pirates, I'm trying to be responsible and be available to receive the package immediately. Or especially if it's signature required, I will schedule my work day to receive the package. UPS can't seem to do their one job and get a package in your hands in a way that is somewhat convenient.
I was at a conference about 5 hrs from home and realized I left my wallet at home. My husband went to the UPS store (franchise) and paid for overnight 10am delivery. I see on day 2 at the conference(delivery day!) was delayed in the same town I was in.
I get up on day 3 and realize that it’s not on a truck by 9- I’m leaving at 1. It’s not gonna make it. I call customer service and just ask them to return to sender. They confirm it’s updated and I’m good.
While I’m on my way home I get a notification that it was delivered at the conference location. I had to have them FedEx it back to me overnight.
Is there any way I can get a refund? I’ve called the store and they refuse to answer me. I’ve stopped by multiple times and “a manager that isn’t here will call you.”
I moved into a new apartment and moving always requires lots of online shopping but for the last 3 months my things have been delivered between 6:00-7:30pm or just not at all. Yesterday I got a delivery at 7:45pm. The delivery was already a day late?? Today my delivery arrived at 8:15pm. I’ve had 4 scheduled dates with UPS and only 1 arrived on time
Why is my stuff delivered so late in the day? I’m not angry or anything and I’ve grown use to the comfort of having my packages delivered after work so I don’t have to worry about theft, but is there something about my apartment that hinders UPS? Should I stop ordering online so much if I’m so out of the way?
I live in an apartment complex in a pretty decent town but does anyone know how UPS routes work?
