I ordered phenibut from a vendor and did ups next day air and then it said a label was created and then it updated as shipped. Now it says the shipment cancelled. Does this mean the vendor cancelled it or ups? Or is it a mistake. Dont know if this is the place to post or not.

Ordered item from Italy, seller gave tracking info. I was receiving email updates late last night saying the package is being prepared for customs, but according to the tracking number it was cancelled at 13:43 local time, 12:45 my time, shortly after the label being generated.

Edit: The seller reached out and cancelled my order, so I've been refunded. Such a weird experience. Don't be like me and let your package stay "stuck" like this. Reach out to your seller!

I used their website to create a label, for $40. They haven’t charged me yet, I’m assuming they do that when it ships but it’s unclear? What happens if I just never drop the package off to be shipped? I no longer need the label and I want to cancel but I’m not even sure if that’s necessary. Getting ahold of customer service has been impossible & their virtual assistants are of no help.

You will get a refund automatically if it is not used, however since they had problems with payment on third party sites the last few months, you can write UPS an email stating you want the shipment to be voided and they will get back to you. Always best to be logged in when you create a shipment.

I created a UPS shipping label today via Pirate Ship and the tracking information is showing that the shipment was “cancelled” back in November… I have never created a UPS shipping label before (only USPS) so I’m confused as to why it would show this. It's fine. I actually had someone ship me a package 2 weeks ago using pirate ship and it said this. Once the package was in the possession of UPS it started updating.

Appears so. Id contact the company you ordered from. Could be as simple as they somehow fucked up the first shipping label, cancelled it and generated a new one correctly and just forgot to update you with tracking.
