Changing USPS Address Online
USPS will not do a change of address from a PMB. There is a warning about this when you do a change of address to a PMB. Have to manually change your address with everyone. So it doesn't matter anyways.
Best solution is to have a few months overlap where you use the two PMBs to catch anything.
This is one of the few negatives about using a PMB.

Notify senders of your new address, do not do a forward. Your change of address request is a semi-private record that goes into a change of address database so that mailer's know to change your address. In the mean time, use premium forwarding to have a weekly priority mail package sent to you of all your mail. Yes, it's a paid service, but it is the best method of protecting your new address.
