What game is this for? Dota 2, CSGO, both? The Dota 2 team can be contacted at this link , and the CSGO team can be emailed at csgoteamfeedback [at] valvesoftware [dot] com. I'm not sure how much these email addresses are used for esports-related concerns as opposed to the games themselves, but it's the official way to reach them. If you'd like a specific person, it could be worth contacting Kaci Aitchison . She was a regular presenter at The International before becoming a full-time Valve employee, so she seems more esports-adjacent than most of Valve. That said, I'm not sure if her actual position relates to esports coordination, or if she's open to being contacted, so I wouldn't do this unless the previously mentioned emails don't work out.
