This is hands down the worst customer service experience I've had in my life. It took me three attempts over the course of a few weeks to successfully order customized gifts for my cousin. VistaPrint declined my payments twice despite me using a different card each time, neither of which were overdrawn or expired. Finally, I spoke with a customer service representative who was incredibly unhelpful and told me she would call me back in two hours. Of course she never did. So I had to call again later that week and only at that stage, after basically letting them know just how pissed I was did they even lift a finger to help me. Never order from these absolute assholes!

That's why when I quote someone for a pack of lanyards, mugs, and pens and they go "Well vistaprint is cheaper!" I just smile and tell them to go ahead and use VistaPrint then.

One time I made an egregious error on our STDs (the wrong YEAR) and the nice Vistaprint man sent me brand new ones for free.

Once I wrote the wrong address and didn’t realize it for two days. They had all ready printed or but were happy to change it no problem and no cost to me. Vista print is the best.

Vistaprint is amazing! This may sound crazy, but here is my story with them: I made a mistake on my save the dates (put the wrong year) and they made the corrections on them and refunded all my money (I literally don't know how it happened). I was given a merchandise credit of my Groupon that I used AND they gave me another 15 dollars credit. tl;dr: I made a boo boo on my save the dates. They fixed the mistake and sent them to me for free. They were really generous (or they made a mistake). They are fabulous!
