If you can setup a vpn for getting a Japanese IP, Netflix has it with your same subscription, no need for a Netflix Japanese account nor something like that.

HiDive is the only legal option, and it's against the subreddit's rules to ask for, name, or link to illegal anime sources.
To actually help your situation though: HiDive also has an app on Xbox One and Roku, so if you have either of those devices, maybe try using one of those if you're having trouble with the website and mobile app. I've been using the XB1 app for years and haven't had any problems with it.
