You might be interested in www.plasmic.app . It's a page builder / design tool (similar expressivity to Webflow) that is designed from the ground up to integrate with arbitrary React codebases. Example: Plasmic itself is built in Plasmic. (I work on this.) More on reddit.com

Try to limit the paste action to the minimum. gather everything you can from the template into one single div in the tpl project, then copy this div at once. You'll then limit the class names collisions and avoid consecutive collision (eg: .card will turn to .card-1 if .card exists, then if you repeat the operation it will bump into newly created .card-1 and provoke .card2). Use the Finsweet Chrome extension, it has many tools to deal with class names and they are soon coming with more. Eg: combo class merger already exist, class renamer is soon to be published… The best answer though: Don't copy and paste it :) Look at it, and manually reproduce. You'll increase your Webflow skills and get a cleaner project. More on reddit.com
