This sounds like the system isn’t reading the temp data right. this is keeping the coil on and thus burning out the thermal fuse. you may want to replace the temp sensor and check the wires for a pinched or wear spot. also the ends can get corroded. cleaning this off may also help. Whirlpool Dryer Blowing Multiple Thermal Fuses
Sounds like an airflow restriction. Have you checked the exhaust line? Is it blocked with lint? Go to the outside, check where your dryers exhaust is and see if its blowing out air while its running, if not the vent could be restricted. It could also be the blower wheel inside the unit, to check that disconnect the dryer vent and see if the dryer is blowing air while running More on reddit.com

Whirlpool dryer keeps blowing thermal fuses?
If you're blowing the one on the exhaust duct, the dryer is heating when it should not be. It's a ~190F fuse with a 160F operating thermostat. There are a number of possible causes including a grounded heater and a bad operating thermostat (the one next to the thermal fuse). More on reddit.com
