I've been updating BattleMapp for a couple of months now and although similar to other virtual tabletops out there, it's a bit different because it's free and works straight in your browser. I describe it as a "sketching tool" for those GM's that want a quick and dirty way to get a game going online. As you can see, it is very simple, quick and easy to make a pretty cool map for your players to get lost in. Disclaimer: It's early days and 95% of the tokens are free, but there's Patreon-supporter rewards for extra tokens if they feel like supporting the development of the project.
