If the condition is true, yes that’s a great deal. I suggest you ask to visit and test the keys. You don’t need to be an expert, just make sure it stays on and all the keys work properly

I had a P45 until I replaced it with an acoustic piano. It was absolutely fine for me. Keys are nicely weighted, although perhaps slightly on the heavy side If I remember correctly. In my opinion it feels, plays and sounds enough like a real piano for a beginner to enjoy it. More on reddit.com

Be careful when buying used digital pianos, often people will leave it in the open without a dust cover or near open windows and the damage can be insidious and hard to spot, especially if it has been owned for a long time. On the bright side, digital pianos can be relatively easier to fix even for someone with no knowledge of the internals, there are tons of videos out there on how to repair a P-45 key action. Overall I would say the price is very good. Make sure all the keys are working properly and then you can decide if it's worth it. Personally if the keys are working fine and there are no major external signs of damage I would go for it.
