have there been any new Turnip releases? I always check the github page but it havent been updated in 4 weeks. So i was wondering if there are any other source?
I am playing persona 4 golden on yuzu at 47 fps on my samsung m52 with snapdragon 778g. I regularly face crashes and heating. I know nothing about drivers but someone said they could give me more fps. When i looked into it i could only find drivers suitable for adreno 650 or 610. If someone was able to emulate this game smoothly, can they recommend me some suitable drivers.
Why you see you performed very poorly on my Galaxy Z fold 6 and I could barely play most switch games most switch games. Then I found a graphic driver that made all of the games run link below

Ever since the Yuzu dropped on Android, I've been running daily tests on it using each GitHub build. Each version churns out different max FPS in-game. From my current testing (latest build is 177), the best build for the highest in-game FPS is Build 171.
Testing on my two trusty phones:

Motorola Edge 20 Pro with Snapdragon 870

Motorola Edge 30 Fusion with Snapdragon 888+
It's worth noting that different drivers yield varying FPS results. The latest driver isn't always the greatest. For Adreno 6xx (Snapdragon 888+ and below), the go-to is Freedreno Turnip Vulkan Driver v23.2.0 - (5/5/23) - FIXED—it serves up minimal graphic glitches. Sure, you can grab the latest driver from K11MCH1, but from my tests, it brings some in-game graphic glitches, though some games eke out 1-2 FPS better performance. Feel free to switch between the two drivers for a performance check. Performance may vary for Adreno 7xx (Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 and up).
I've run tests on a handful of games, giving each about 5 minutes:

Mario Kart 8 (29-53fps)

Zelda BOTW (steady 25-30fps - most area)

Tales of Vesperia (60fps while fighting - dips to 45fps when cutscene)

Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition (steady 30fps)

Super Mario Odyssey (60fps mostly - dips to 25fps on cutscene)

Bayonetta 2 (30fps mostly)

Red Dead Redemption (15fps mostly)

Batman: Arkham Knight (14fps mostly)
Stick to default settings; they're optimal. Notable changes:

Accuracy levels: High (if a game crashes at the same point)
-
V-sync: Immediate (off) or FIFO (Relaxed)
-
Use asynchronous shaders: Enabled (mostly negligible changes)
-
Audio output engine: Cubeb (Tales of Vesperia had distorted audio; switching to cubeb fixed it)
For devs if you guys reading this, some games are regressing with each newer builds, like Mario Kart 8 struggling to maintain 30fps compared to 45fps in build 83 (tested point - 321 countdown at the start of the race). Maybe because it still running JIT unable to run NCE. No pressure, just a heads-up.
I will update again in the future if theres any noticeable improvement!

Hi guys does anyone have drivers for this phone? There is snapdragon 8s gen 3, most of games not working at all on standard graphic driver 😢 please help if you know a solution 🎮🕹️
Wasn't particularly interested in using yuzu but after this whole fiasco it seems like a good idea to try it out.
Can anyone give me a breakdown of the most stable version/drivers? Looking for overall compatibility/speed. I know there's still plenty of issues with games but want to give it a shot.

Hello, since I'm trying to get the best performance out of NX emulation, I've tested a lot of different Turnip Vulkan Drivers from v25.0 to v23.2. I've found that one specific driver performs the best, even tho it is not the latest one for Adreno 6XX chipsets. Here is a little performance comparison in Spyro Reignited Trilogy. I decided to only add the most relevant drivers since many of the drivers basically have the same performance anyway.
Mesa Turnip driver v24.1.0 - Revision 18 (Vulkan v1.3.280) (a6xx fix) stands out with the best overall performance of all the different driver versions that I tested.
I only tested two v25.0 drivers and did not bother to continue due to graphical glitches and crashes. Hope you find this post useful!
