Mail Admin Sign-In Not Working
OK, after playing around with it, I'm recognizing that Zoho's business model is to:
(A) funnel you into a dirt cheap plan which covers a single domain + user, then
(B) lock you out of literally everything else, forcing you into overpriced ZohoOne to make any adjustments to scale your business
Horrendous - just switched to Google. You get what you pay for.

I need my email account to reject all emails, except those from contacts.
It does not seem possible on a free personal account.
The help files say to create a new Mail Policy in the Admin Console.

When I log in to the Admin Console, it asks me to "Choose the right plan for your organization", and asks for payment.
If I choose any of options, it asks me to set up a domain: "You can use a domain you already own or purchase a new domain. Choose your preference to continue your account setup."
I am happy to pay to upgrade my account. However, I need to keep my current email address. I do not want to change my email to a new domain.
Is this possible?
