One of the reasons Amazon was a go-to for me since 2013 was that if there was an issue with an order, I could just call their customer service number. I did not use it often, but when I needed to, it was VERY convenient. It was as simple as just googling "Amazon Customer Service Phone Number," and calling them. Now I cannot do this, and it seems they might have made it impossible to do so, other than for Grocery shopping (Amazon Fresh) and what not. I.E. I receive a damaged/broken 3 dollar product and I don't have a UPS dropoff near me. I would call them, get a refund, and I'd trash the product, INSTEAD of wasting my time/gas/money to drive somewhere to return the damaged/broken product that they'd more than likely trash upon receiving as well. Now 3 bucks isn't a lot of money, but it's something to me and is relatively nothing to a corporation the size of Amazon.
