How would a native french speaker say "No. 1" in French?
Can i get to B2 in French in exactly 1 year (I am A2~)
Yes, B2 is feasible in 1 year. Takes a lot of work, though. I've been studying Spanish for almost 1 year, including 3 months in Spain, and I would conservatively place myself at upper B1 or low B2. I studied casually but consistently for the first 9 months, reaching maybe high A2 by myself, then studied 20 hours per week in a language school for the last 3 months. Let's say 300-350 total hours of study, plus speaking Spanish with classmates and my host family for 90 days, plus reading and listening for my entertainment (though not as much as I should have).
Your study plan seems okay. A few comments from my side.
Firstly, what do you mean by "studying vocab"? I find learning off vocabulary lists to be soul-destroying. It's more engaging to encounter vocabulary in the context of a book or what have you, then enter it into Anki for revision. Everyone has their preference, though.
There probably won't be enough opportunities to speak in your class and you won't get to chat with native speakers. For that reason, I would also try out a language exchange if there's one available in your area.
And in general, the more varied you can make your sources of input, the better. You'll encounter a greater variety of vocabulary, accents, writing styles, expressions, etc.

I'm a voice actor and non-native French speaker AND I have a script in French but one phrase has "No. 1" in it and I don't know exactly how a native speaker would say it.
Any help?
The line is: "JP. Chenet - No.1 des vins français dans le monde."
