I have had the exact same experience and actually made a similar post just a few minutes ago. I have tried signing up with multiple emails and two friends of mine have done the same and we've gotten nothing. Has anyone had any success with the 10% off newsletter signup coupons this month?

Does anyone have an extra coupon they wouldn’t mind sharing?

Specifically I used to be able to use the 10% off newsletter signup coupons for business class Vostro/Inspiron laptops. Now when I sign up for the newsletter I do not get any coupons.

So I purchased a monitor using the code dell sent me. Super excited because I got a really good deal and the monitor I’ve been eyeing. Go to check the status this morning, and it’s been canceled. I call dell and they said it was flagged for security. Couldn’t get a clear answer why, but I’ve purchased a laptop and backpack recently, but no big deal just reorder the monitor right.

Dell says they can’t give me my 10% off because the code has been redeemed on the order they canceled. Ok give me a new code. Can’t do it. No discounts on that item is what they claim. How is it they can’t give me a measly 10%? I wouldn’t purchase it at this point but I want to use my dell rewards and be done with them. Any options or suggestions to get my 10%? It’s more about the principle now than the money.

Try calling them and escalate it to a manager. Offer to send them the order confirmation they sent you when you placed the order to prove you used the coupon on the order they cancelled. If they still give you grief, ask to speak to THEIR manager. If that doesn’t work, start publicly calling them out on it with public tweets (‘x’es?) until someone contacts you to find out why you are speaking truth to power in front of the public.
