Never heard of them and their site looks very dated. They seem to just be a e-card site that lets you personalise images and email/post them to social media? I'd be weary of 'sending' them any of your existing your designs, it will basically allow them to distribute your art for free on their site. You could certainly see what they're offering and produce something bespoke for them if the budget suits you. More on reddit.com
