As mentioned in the title, I bought a 14-inch M3 Pro and I love it, but sometimes I wonder if the 16-inch version would have been a better choice with its extra two inches of screen and better battery life. What do you guys think?
I have spent probably an embarrassing amount of time trying to research and also asking ChatGPT to compare and give spreadsheets upon spreadsheets but here I am. I’m looking to invest in a MacBook Pro and was thinking to get 0% financing 2 year plan preferably below £100 pm but the options to ensure future proofing are a lot. I wanted 1 TB storage but saw a post saying storage is these only thing you can skimp out on.
I thought RAM would be essential for me because I’m a multi tab and windows addict. At the moment I only use software like cxan a, capcut and adobe creative cloud, I tried to use Lightroom etc but on my mums Lenovo , (it’s excruciatingly slow) but will plan to use that and hopefully more creative apps as I progress. I already have the iPad mini 6th Gen but it’s only 256GB, so idk if certain things are better off to use on their…
Anyway the M chip configuration has really spun me out because I’m hearing people online say they didn’t notice a difference between the M2 and M3 chips , but I now know they may or may not have noticed because of the lower configurations .. then I noticed some of the M2 chips are technically higher performance than the m3, ChatGPT helped me rank them (attached image ).
So yeah very confused as to if I’m overthinking the specs lol it’s just I want to invest in something that will improve my efficiency and tools for graphic design, content creation & potential more uses . Also I’m not considering refurbished or used because considering my clumsiness, I deffo need AppleCare and having got it with my iPad has saved me a lot of headaches lol
Thank you ☺️
