How old are you? You said that you have been doing SS for two months...what were your numbers when you started: squat dead lift press power clean And what are they currently. How is your form? Forget entirely about BMI...it is totally irrelevant for anyone that has any muscle mass. I know you said that you are trying to lose "weight". Do you really mean you want to lose fat and become more lean? If so it will be really discouraging to focus on the scale. I would suggest setting a goal of where you want you lifts to be by a certain time and focus on achieving that goal. If you are working hard and eating the right foods to support your recovery your "weight" will be the last thing on your mind. The fat will come off easily. Also, SS is probably not the best program to "lose weight" it is designed to help people get strong quickly and in a lot of cases is designed to ADD weight. What got you going on SS? F32 - 170 cm - 5'7 SW 82,3 kg (181 lbs) CW 75,2 kg (166 lbs) GW 60-65 (132-143 lbs) Start weight 82,3 kgs (181 lbs) I broke through my first goal of 78 kg (172 lbs) in 6 weeks, now 3 months in I'm so close to my next mini goal of 75 kg. The weightloss has slowed down a little which is to be expected I guess, maybe I've just not had as much motivation these past two months, maybe it's the week I was sick (guess which week on the graph 😄). And I haven't been working out as much.. The last couple of weeks the weight has just gone down and up, down and up the same single kg minus 0.1 kg or so.. honestly I can't see a big difference in body recomposition from February to now, 3 kgs isn't a lot so that's probably why, but I still lost 3 kg, so it's slow and steady, and whenever I feel discouraged I just look af the graph and I can see that I'm still on the right track, however slow that track is. I'm doing mostly 22:2 or 23:1 during the week days, and a more relaxed weekend.. Food: I eat mostly whole foods, a lot of vegetables During the fast I only drink water and black coffee Excersize: I go for walks with the stroller, I sometimes do some gentle yoga and I'm trying to get into a routine with an exercise band to strengthen my arms My next goals are: 75 kg (165 lbs) it's just such a nice number (soooooo close, well mathematically I could just round down right?) 72 kg (159 lbs) puts me in the normal BMI range 71 kg (157 lbs) my pre pregnancy weight (I actually got pregnant after 6 weeks of fasting and eating keto, losing 7 kg (15 lbs) in 2019, after a year of trying to conceive - so that was a quick fix, I honestly believe that it helped us get pregnant) 68 kg (150 lbs) lowest weight in 10 years Goal weight range is 57-65 (126-143 lbs) preferably 60 kg (132) but I'm not going to obsess about it (maybe my body doesn't want to weigh the same as it did when I was 18, now what's that all about huh? Silly body not having the same goals as me) I really like having these steppingstone goals, (is that the correct term? Mini goals? Part goals?) I think it's important to have those small victories along the way. Makes me want to celebrate what a badass I am.
