Heya. Do you have any other extensions installed and have you changed any privacy-related settings in Firefox? Which version of Firefox and 1Password in your browser do you have installed?
Just trying to figure out what might be happening here. I use Firefox on a Mac too, and can't say I've seen that issue before.

Clicking on the icon in the Firefox toolbar does nothing, I have uninstalled/reinstalled the extension twice and restarted my PC and still nothing. I see a lot of other new 1star reviews stating this same thing for the Ffox extension. 1password, please provide an update.

Hey everyone! We have seen a few reports of some odd behavior with the extension specifically on Firefox over the past few days, but we're still working on getting to the bottom of things. We haven't yet been able to reproduce the issue on our end, but w'd like to gather some more information. For anyone who's running into trouble with Firefox reply to this post with the following information so that way we can try and reproduce the environment y'all are seeing this in. What version of 1Password are you using? What version of Firefox are you using? Are you using a Mac, Windows PC, or Linux device? In Firefox, while the issue is happening, open the task manager by navigating to about:processes, what do you see for CPU usage for Extensions? Are other extensions also unresponsive? Or just 1Password?
