Hi,
according to Dell's own service manual, whenever the Optiplex 3070 gives this error code (flashing amber LED twice + white LED five times) it means that the BIOS is corrupt.
Every guide tells me that I need to go into BIOS Recovery mode but I simply cannot get into it at all. I've tried holding Ctrl + ESC while turning it on, holding Ctrl + ESC while plugging the power source in, I've left it a day without the CMOS battery, all that with and without a 2.0 USB with with the BIOS recovery placed, removed every single peripheral except keyboard, removed internal storage... nothing, it always comes back to those blinking LEDS.
All guides seem to mention that the keyboard will briefly flash the Caps Lock LED to indicate that it's entering BIOS recovery but it's not happening at all.
Can someone help me with this? At this point I think it's cooked.

I tried dell forums they kept asking me to drain power replace cmos battery I tried it all still the same please help me!
