My cousin has been trying to get into movies, but she only wants to watch comedies. I don’t have an issue with it, but I don’t know of that many in recent years. It’s rare she cares for anything like an action/comedy or horror/comedy. Before she started asking me for recommendations she pretty much strictly watched Disney movies.

Overall, it’s more a movie about the power of comedy than a chuckle-fest in itself, since the subplot with Chaplin also playing a plucky barber rather struggles to raise a smile.
