You can make up to 100 exchanges every 24 hours, and there's no maximum amount you can exchange, no matter what plan you have.However, there are fair usage limits for Standard and Plus customers. Once you reach your limit, you'll pay a 1% fee if you have the Standard plan and 0.5% if you have the Plus plan. These limits apply on a rolling 30-day basis.
