Honestly no one. Get an M1 Air, M2 Air, or M1/M2 14" Pro. The 13.3" M2 Pro is just Apple trying to use up inventory of their 2016-2019 parts. M1 Air is the value king. M2 Air is the "new" design. The 13.3" Pro is already so outdated and too expensive to justify. If it were less expensive than the M2 Air, maybe it would be a viable option. Adding a single fan into the chassis on the 13.3" Pro doesn't make enough difference in performance to justify an outdated design and higher cost. In my opinion MacBooks are not "pro" unless they have a Pro/Max chip. More on reddit.com

It’s almost fully spec’d out. It has 24GB RAM and 1TB storage (2TB was the max for it). It also has the best design Apple has ever used for a laptop, IMO.
It’s my first ever brand new Apple computer, and it’s still eligible for AppleCare+. Very excited!! It’ll be here in a couple of days.
I’ve been using a Certified Refurbished, lowest spec’d M1 MacBook Air (8/7-core CPU/GPU, 8GB RAM, 256GB storage) since 2021, that was bought through Apple.
I do a lot of 4K video editing and high-fidelity audio editing, so I can’t wait to see the real-world performance gains.

Been needing an upgrade from a 2017 HP laptop and found a MacBook on facebook marketplace for $50!
It is a 2022 13-inch MacBook Pro with the M2 chip and 500 GBs of storage. Would some people be willing to share their pros and cons for this laptop?
I have other Apple products but this is my first MacOS. I figured $50 was a steal, especially with no screen cracks or other physical damage. I checked the battery life and it’s at 86% so still pretty good in that regards. Just hoping people can share their stories :)

Holy cow, $50 for a 2022 MacBook Pro M2?! That's honestly one of the best deals I've ever heard of. You basically got a $1300+ laptop for pocket change. Something seems almost too good to be true, but if you've verified it's legit and functional, you hit the jackpot. As for pros and cons of that specific model: Pros: The M2 chip is fantastic - you'll notice incredibly smooth performance coming from that 2017 HP. Battery life should easily get you through a full day, and 86% health is still really solid. The build quality is excellent, and since you already have other Apple products, the ecosystem integration will be seamless. Cons: The 13-inch Pro from 2022 only has two USB-C ports, so you might need some dongles depending on your setup. Also, that model still had the Touch Bar, which some people love and others find gimmicky. Storage-wise, 500GB is decent but not huge if you're planning to store lots of files locally. Coming from Windows to macOS, there's definitely a learning curve, but most people adapt pretty quickly. The trackpad gestures and desktop management are game-changers once you get used to them. Honestly, for $50, even if you hate it, you could probably resell it for 20x what you paid. You really can't go wrong here.
