They handle the wet-ish environment of a kitchen, no reason they wouldn't hold up in a bathroom. If you're going to use a 30" or 36" standard cabinet for the sink, and you're able to keep all of the plumbing in the back 1/3 of the cabinet, IKEA makes shallow drawers that can be installed in standard depth cabinets (all of the plumbing would be behind the drawers). You could do drawers on the bottom 2/3 of the cabinet and a dummy panel on the top 1/3 where the sink is. More on reddit.com

I have a Godmorgen vanity in dark brown that was installed in like, 2014? Ikea sinktop as well. It’s held up great. It’s not wood, I don’t think! I initially bought the legs, but changed my mind and its floating. We installed it by putting additional wood board on top of the drywall so we could get support from studs. More on reddit.com

I installed the smaller version of the IKEA Hemnes about 2 years ago. Still looks new. The sink top feels great and cleans nicely since it is all porcelain. Didn’t care for the drawer pulls but those are easy to replace. My wife loves the large drawers. The biggest trouble we had with it is that the plumbing for the drain is very unique (needed for the large drawers) and can be difficult to retrofit into existing drains. We had to make many trips the hardware stores to find the right combo of couplers and washers to make it water tight. I will admit we also used a large amount of putty as well. I also worry about replacement parts since they are very unique. But we still love the sink and has made my wife very happy. More on reddit.com

haven't decided yet but leaning toward going with the tolken. we looked at the tolken in the showroom and it felt solid almost like formica top, but i'm not sure how it will hold up long term. if one sets a hot curling iron, it most likely will damage or leave a burn mark (just need to make mrs/daughter aware of this). also, we will not be cutting the edge of the tolken (just the hole for the sink) so only have to deal with sealing the sink cutout properly maintaining it. we checked out floating vanities at other stores and what we noticed is in order to have an undermounted sink, you reduce/lose the top draw storage space, have a shallow sink, and have a very thick countertop which looks a little weird to raise up the sink to provide clearance at the bottom...plus all in, they are 3x+ more than ikea. i think you can hack the ikea vanity to do the same but for structural stability, one might have to install front legs, which we don't want to do.
