I recently purchased two Busch Gardens tickets for a friend and I. Turns out my “friend” is not a friend. I am not able to return them so what is my next best option? I really would like to sell them. I have no use for them anymore.

Hello - I’m super frustrated and wondering if anyone has experienced this or has any suggestions. I am planning to visit mid January with my family and I purchased 2 tickets on Groupon. I know, I know so stupid now looking back. I have done this several times in the past without issue. However, this time I did not read the fine print well enough because although it states expires within 365 days and states “any day admission,” they are only good for Christmas in the park (so until Jan 6th). Groupon customer service is almost nonexistent — email only, no chat service or phone number to call and they do not respond quickly. I could print out the tickets and attempt to sell them but I don’t even know where to start. I live in the northeast so selling them to friends or family isn’t really an option. At this point I’m just trying to recoup any of my loss so I’m not out all of my $200. And lesson learned-never purchase from Groupon again.

Do the single-day tickets on groupon actually work for any night of Halloween? The prices are lower when comparedto BG website where I see the price fluctuates, so I am wondering if groupon offer is too good to be true.
