I have a Tevo Tarantula that I've used to print from my Windows 10 laptop using Cura for the last year. My Laptop just died and I am halfway printing the parts of a robotics project for a student. I still have my work laptop working, but that has a block where we can't install new software and I have the chromebook that I am using to write this with. Does anyone know any alternatives out there I can use to slice my files that is either portable or runs on chromebook?

Yep. You can easily use crouton . Put your Chromebook in dev mode and run the installer. That way you can switch to a fully functional Linux and use something like Cura. I am very happy with this solution, works perfectly.
