Hi! I'm getting conflicting information about how many guests fit at a 48" round table. Some sources say 4-5, some say 6-8. In your experience, what's been more accurate?
Our chairs don't have arms, and the wedding isn't sit down dinner it's more buffet style-- does that change anything in terms of how many people we can put at each table? Some websites report guests need 1 foot of space, others report 2. ahhh!!

Each guest needs 24-30" per place setting. A 48" table has a circumference of 150 inches. That means you can seat 6 at a maximum. 5 would be more comfortable for the guests, but harder for you to do a seating plan. 42" Round Table - seats 4-5 guests 48" Round Table - seats 5-6 guests 54" Round Table - seats 6-7 guests 60" Round Table - seats 8 guests 72" Round Table - seats 10 guests
