I'm looking for recommendations for 5" mattress (preferably foam) that will be mostly comfortable for adults (weights from 150 - 200 lb) who prefer medium firm to firm mattress. We recently bought the Utaker Stackable Twin from Ikea for our guest room with the idea that they will eventually transition to kid beds for our 4 year old and new baby due in September. I'd like to get a couple of decent mattresses for family who will be coming to help out with the new baby next month.
Any recommendations?
UPDATE
We bought the Bear Trundle Mattress. They're a little bit tight, but totally safe and usable. My 180 lb 73 year old father slept on it and said it was very comfortable. Both my spouse and I have taken naps on them and found them to be comfortable. They were firm, but comfortable for stomach/back sleepers.
5-6 inch mattress okay for small adult?
Tuft and needle discontinued the 5 inch version. Any alternative for that price range?
Nothing of any sort of quality. Those are guest room mattresses, kids mattresses, and mattresses designed for temporary use.
More on reddit.comSimple question. Is a 5 inch gap at between mattress and headboard normal?
5.0 inches = 12.7 centimetres 1 inch = 2.54cm

Hi, so for context I sleep on a bunk bed. The manual for the frame suggests a bed no greater than 6". The mattress I currently use is 8inches, which means the guard rails are very short and somewhat of a safety risk. I'm thinking of grabbing a cheap mattress, around 5-6 inches, but all of the mattresses and reviews for those mattresses have been for kids.
I'm 4'11", 120-130lbs, and have lower back problems due to a spinal birth defect. I need hard beds as I need lots of support for my hip/lower back area, and because I like my spine to feel straight/supported I sleep primarily on my stomach.
I'm just worried if 5 or 6 inches is too thin and if I'll end up feeling the slats of my bunk bed frame, especially if the mattress is something like memory foam (which I've previously slept great on)
I'm on a cheaper budget, and I'm thinking of going for 5 inches maybe because there's a firm 2inch topper I've been eyeing and in case the mattress isn't supportive enough I can add that (it'd be 7 inches total but only 1inch over the max instead of my current 2)
