List of the 100 Most Common Words in Spoken Spanish! (Do you find this useful?)
Do I find this useful. No.
I've seen similar lists in English, and it similarly disappoints me, using words like: a, the, an, he, she, it, we, etc etc. Too simple.
What I would be MORE interested in, is words OUTSIDE of the basic articles and pronouns that are most commonly used. Of course, this would take some work on the author's part in finding very commonly used words that aren't TOO simple but still extremely common. Words that can get people talking a bit, to start putting some ideas together.
Just my two cents!

Last year, I've posted a Brainscape (similar to Anki) set of flashcards for the 5000 most common words: https://www.reddit.com/r/Spanish/comments/11v43v2/oc_brainscape_deck_with_the_5000_most_common/
I've since revamped it to have 8000 words, all the translations are now perfected (thanks to GPT-4) and there are no longer any duplicates. The flashcards are hosted on Brainscape and available to all free of charge:

Hello,
I've been learning Spanish for a few months and mainly use Anki to learn vocabulary.
Since I couldn't find a good source of more than 1000 words I've prepared mine with 15k (it comes from Spa(very)nish(reliable)Dict(source)).
In the link below you can find all (73) text files with Spanish words sorted by category or as I like to study - all in one. It's easy to import all of them to any app you'd like to use because they all have the same formatting.
