Does anyone know of a good/any brand for a 70”x30” desk that is under $500. We always see the Karlby with Alex drawers, but the IKEA near me is out of the Walnut Karlby and the black Alex drawer set. I prefer everything being black, but I’m not ruling out dark wood stains (dark laminate).

I don’t need a stand up desk (read: don’t want to pay extra for a feature I won’t use). I need it to be this big because I have a 34” widescreen and a 24” monitor. Also, one side will be set up with flight sim equipment, while I’m wanting to other side to use normally and potentially add racing sim equipment. I’m planning to put both monitors on mounts attached to the desk so I can move the 34” from side to side for when playing the flight sim vs not.

I'm looking for a wide and deep tabletop that I can put my two monitors (on arms) and my desktop on, the problem is that the desks I'm seeing on Ikea are either not wide enough (63"x30"), or not deep enough (74"x26").

I want a deeper desk since I like resting my forearms on the edge of the desk and if I did that on a desk that isn't deep enough then I'd have to push my keyboard too close to the monitor. Another reason I want a deeper desk is so I'm far enough away from my monitor.

Has anyone found a desk that is both wide and deep and doesn't break the bank ($160 USD/ $200 CAD budget)?

I recently purchased a standing desk frame and now in need of a top. I'm looking for something already finished 30"x60" under $300 (though closer to $200 would be even better).
