August 9, 2021 - Because generally I will pause/cancel that order and call the customer before wasting that much of the supply, as customers try to act as though they accidentally selected 5x7 instead of 4x6 and say they didn’t get a price on it, even though it always tells them how much, so they can then try to ask if they can get the 5x7s at the 4x6 price….every day out of the week it’s no with no pity or emotion even if they want some sort of a discount, “if you want the 4x6 price you will need to resubmit the order over at the kiosk for 4x6s, if you want the 5x7s that is the price otherwise they will be shredded” if you aren’t harsh and cold they will never learn. I’d let management know to require payment before I started printing. Had someone continuously ordering 100+ 8x10s at a time during the day when the pickle rick episode came out—-of pickle Rick.
